Driver's license

I have been to the Maryland department of transportation to apply for my driver's license for three times since i decided to get a driver's license in america. Unfortunately, I did not apply for it successfully. The office was closed during the time i came there. I was very upset,  but i didn't give up. I will go to the department again on Tuesday. The drivers in china are more crazy than in america when they are driving the car, especially the taxi driver. They want to save time to make more money, so they drive the car very fast and dangers. As for me, I want to be the fastest one when the traffic light turn  green. So I am always number one after the traffic light turn green.
