I Told A Lie

Today I went to the Maggs Gym. To my surprise ,there was a discount sale at the gym: all for the bicycle things. That's probably the sale for the bike race I think. There were many people there, bicycle shirts ,shoes and short pants were all on sale at unbelievable price. I ,of course , immediately got a impulse to buy something! As I walked on , I was attracted by a water-proof jacket or more like a white raincoat~~It looks great ,and will come in handy when it rains since I lost my umbrella last week! So I took it to the seller and asked how much it is.It was fifty bucks, which is way too high for a poor student for me! I decided to go, but long before I made my steps, the seller said thoughtfully that clothe is too big for me and turned to find a S size ,as I told S size will fit me best. It would be odd and impolite if I just went away with no reason,so I prayed he might not find a smaller one in my heart. Actually he did ,and an exactly S size ! I had no choice but pretended to try the clothe on,meanwhile I was busy coming up with a reason not to buy an "raincoat" which cost 50 bucks! Guess what? I was too happy to find this "raincoat" doesn't have a hat with it! So after a delicate fitting-on, I told the seller, disppointly, it doesn't have a hat with it,which could be hard for my head in a raining day!I sighed with relief as I got away from the embarrassing situation successfully. It wasn't the hat but the price that made me
not buy the "raincoat" . So I told a lie for the reason to avoid embarrassment!
