Be Volunteer in USA is very normal and important. The american society believe and appreciate the volunteers work. When the kids go to Middle or High School, they have requested determine numbers of hours of volunteers; when they go to the University have a Volunteer Center in it. Additional in different areas of the society have volunteers group: in hospital, shelters for adults, for kids, for families, firefighter, events, wherever you look!, find volunteer work.
I myself had server as a volunteer through to Americorps. I worked with teenagers that drop out from school in specific area as Mathematics, in the GED Center in Telamon Corp., here in Salisbury. That time was very enriching spiritually for me. I listen a lot stories about them for why they drop out from school, some very sad!. I tried to help them with my enthusiasm that they followed their dreams!
